Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects from planning through implementation
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate activities across Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams
Track project progress, identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation plans
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project status meetings, and executive updates
Align business objectives, project priorities, and technical execution
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Manage communication with internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and external partners
Escalate project issues and drive resolution through cross-functional collaboration
Support continuous improvement by optimizing delivery processes and team collaboration
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality expectations, and healthcare industry requirements where applicable
Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance artifacts

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience managing software development, IT, or digital transformation projects
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional project management practices
Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning
Ability to facilitate project planning, sprint ceremonies, status meetings, and executive communications
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
