About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead business planning and collaborate with Sales teams to forecast customer demand over the next 3 to 6 months
- Redesign, standardize, and strengthen the end-to-end S&OP process across French operations
- Identify and implement digital tools and systems with IT teams and European peers
- Lead and develop the French Transportation Team
- Lead the integrated macro-planning process, aligning commercial ambitions, operational capabilities, and financial objectives
- Consolidate market intelligence and sales forecasts into the business plan
- Lead monthly Business Planning routines and improve forecast accuracy
- Monitor business trends, market changes, backlog management, and corrective actions
- Lead Supply Chain transformation initiatives across France
- Drive transformation projects at site level and enhance planning, inventory, and capacity management
- Lead the functional Supply Chain network and share best practices across plants and with Italian counterparts
- Optimize product allocation across the LV Connect network
- Define and monitor Supply Chain KPIs, governance routines, and action plans
- Coach Site Supply Chain Managers in change management and capability development
- Develop standardized Supply Chain processes, tools, and ways of working
- Lead transportation strategies, carrier relationships, transportation tenders, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
- Monitor transportation performance and implement corrective actions
- Ensure transportation regulatory, safety, and company-policy compliance
- Accelerate transportation visibility digitalization, including Shippeo
- Optimize transportation costs and reduce CO₂ emissions
- Manage 5 direct reports and 4 functional reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of Supply Chain experience in a multi-site environment
- Strong analytical and business planning capabilities
- Proven experience in reporting, scenario building, and performance management
- SAP proficiency
- Strong expertise in customer service and Supply Chain processes
- Problem-solving mindset and demonstrated ability to lead change
- Agile project management skills with a strong sense of ownership
- Solid business acumen
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations
- Fluency in French and English
