About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with development and product teams to ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the entire development lifecycle
Plan, design, and execute functional, regression, and automated test scenarios and cases
Develop, enhance, and maintain automated tests for web applications, APIs, and integrations
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing a quality perspective from the initial definition of requirements
Support the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of QA strategies, processes, and best practices
Conduct impact analyses and support acceptance testing processes across different environments
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure highly reliable and high-performing deliverables
Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, product quality, and the end-user experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience as a QA Analyst / Software Test Analyst
Practical experience with test automation using Cypress/Playwright
Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools
Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git) and continuous integration (CI/CD)
Experience testing APIs (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools)
Analytical skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail
Collaborative profile, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to exert technical influence
Practical experience using AI tools applied to test engineering
Knowledge of the Unimed system is a plus
Knowledge of SGU systems is a plus
Knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management) is a plus
