About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, requirements, and epics
- Support project initiation, effort estimation, and solution definition
- Facilitate workshops, requirement clarification sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders
- Own and maintain requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Monitor scope changes and assess their impact on project delivery
- Support risk, dependency, and issue management
- Contribute to data model design and solution definition
- Support UX/UI discussions and prepare low-fidelity wireframes when required
- Promote efficient use of AI tools and agents
- Coach and mentor junior consultants
- Contribute to internal training and consulting best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Based in Czechia
- Advanced spoken and written English communication skills (B2/C1)
- University degree in any field; computer science or business administration preferred
- Strong experience with MS Office, especially DOC, XLS, PPT, and MPP
- Practical experience and knowledge of Agile project management using Scrum
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Strong negotiating skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to understand and cooperate on UX/UI
- Ability to prepare at least low-fidelity wireframes for parts of a UI
- Skills in using AI tools and agents efficiently
- Experienced senior-level business consulting background
