About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted technical partner to customers and internal teams across EMEA
Drive technical engagement and support strategic Automotive and Industrial accounts
Drive design wins in target accounts
Conduct customer visits and trainings for technical product presentations, demonstrations, and value proposition deployment
Lead proof of concept, solution design, and demonstrations to secure wins
Synthesize customer and competitive insights to improve product definition and roadmaps
Manage Nexperia design-in campaigns for assigned customers
Qualify sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements and establish Nexperia’s competitive value proposition
Qualify product value and quantify technical benefits of choosing Nexperia
Deliver formal and informal knowledge sharing and product positioning
Analyze customers’ technical objectives to support predictive and responsive sales activity
Educate the regional sales team on new technologies, product features, and business value

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Electronic Engineering or similar (Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in design engineering and application engineering
Preferably related work experience at a customer within the Automotive and/or Industrial segments
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Target driven, shows initiative and entrepreneurial attitude
Willingness to travel frequently
