Key responsibilities & impact

Analyse customer requirements
Develop technical concepts and solution designs
Deliver and implement solutions
Conduct testing and quality assurance
Automate and standardise operational processes
Manage handover, documentation and knowledge transfer
Plan and deliver Microsoft 365 projects in the areas of identity, endpoint, security and collaboration
Implement and optimise Intune, Entra ID and Microsoft Defender
Architect and configure Azure services in the modern workplace context
Introduce and establish governance for Microsoft Copilot
Assess and integrate AI use cases into existing Microsoft environments
Develop security and access-control concepts
Automate processes using PowerShell, Graph API and Azure Automation
Provide engineering-level technical consultancy to customers
Independently manage projects, taking responsibility for quality and deadlines
Ensure stable operations and develop sustainable solutions for a first-class customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Microsoft 365 in project environments
Practical experience with Intune, Entra ID and Microsoft Defender
Knowledge of Azure, or the willingness to develop this expertise in a targeted manner
Interest in Copilot and AI use cases
Structured and independent approach to work
Willingness to take ownership of projects
Professional communication with customers
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft 365 architecture; Azure AD / Entra ID; Intune and endpoint management; Microsoft Defender Suite; Azure infrastructure or PaaS; Copilot enablement and governance; automation / scripting
Certifications are welcome but not required
