Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, develop, and maintain secure, high-performing Drupal websites
Lead custom module development, theming, migrations, automated testing, and application maintenance
Design, implement, and execute automated testing strategies
Support the full application lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement
Help define deployment strategies and ensure efficient production releases
Mentor and collaborate with engineers across varying experience levels
Partner with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to establish priorities and deliver project outcomes
Contribute to Agile planning, sprint execution, technical discussions, retrospectives, and continuous improvement
Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance, scalability, security, accessibility, and user experience
Champion quality, innovation, and continuous learning

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience building secure, accessible, responsive web applications
5+ years of hands-on experience building Drupal solutions, including module development, theming, migrations, automated testing, Drush, and Composer
3+ years of technical leadership experience, such as a Lead, Deputy Lead, Technical Lead, or comparable role
Experience with cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS and Acquia
7+ years of experience with HTTP, SSL/TLS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON
Experience supporting modern web application development, testing, deployment, and production operations
Experience collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary technical teams
Experience working within Agile software development environments
Strong troubleshooting, analytical communication, and technical leadership skills
Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust level clearance as required by the contract
