About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and communicate product vision aligned with business goals and customer requirements
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog
- Refine user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders and development teams
- Collaborate with business leaders, engineers, designers, and customers
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with architects and developers on technical feasibility and scalability
- Track product performance metrics such as KPIs and ROI
- Report progress to senior leadership
- Identify and mitigate product delivery and quality risks
- Own products including Angular websites, Flutter mobile apps, payment systems, and CRM systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in product ownership, product management, or a technical role within a technology-driven environment
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
- PSPO, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent certification desirable but not essential
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or Aha!
- Strategic, customer-first mindset
