About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather and evaluate user or business requirements with product, marketing, and development teams
  • Create storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Present rough drafts to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, including responsiveness issues
  • Design UI elements such as input controls, navigation components, menus, tabs, and widgets
  • Adjust layouts based on user feedback
  • Adhere to standards for fonts, colors, and images
  • Collaborate with frontend teams on website interactions and micro-interactions
  • Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and user interfaces
  • Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings to improve user experience
  • Review website and app products to verify user flows and correct UI implementation before and after launch

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Portfolio of design projects
  • Proficiency in Figma is a must
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good time-management skills
  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus
