About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support business development within the assigned scope
- Structure and develop the offering around software development and artificial intelligence projects
- Represent the company during the project execution phase
- Ensure client satisfaction by overseeing delivery, costs, timelines, and quality
- Lead and coordinate technical teams on AI-accelerated development projects using various technology stacks
- Ensure team engagement, management, and development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s-level degree (engineering school or university) with a specialization in computer science
- At least 10 years of experience in consulting, IT services, or a digital agency
- Significant experience directing complex IT projects, leading teams, and managing client relationships
- Significant pre-sales experience
- Strong technical understanding of modern development environments, particularly Node.js, React, TypeScript, APIs, and microservices architectures
- Significant experience managing projects delivered with the support of AI
- Familiarity with AI-augmented software development approaches: spec-driven development, SDLC, and harness engineering
- Desire to support development teams integrating AI into their daily work
- Ability to communicate convictions and best practices regarding AI-augmented software development to clients
- Ability to understand architectural challenges, engage in dialogue with technical teams, and ensure delivery quality
