About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Co-lead the relationship with Microsoft and its partner ecosystem alongside the dedicated Sales Specialist
Structure the BUILD, RUN, TMA (application maintenance) and Change offerings, as well as delivery methods and processes
Manage the performance, quality and profitability of the business
Contribute to pre-sales activities and responses to requests for proposals
Draft commercial and technical proposals with Microsoft, its ecosystem and Niji’s sales teams
Recruit and support consultants and project managers
Organize skills development, training and certification programs
Ensure the operational management and development of teams
Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central integration projects from end to end
Ensure commitments, budgets, timelines and quality standards are met
Ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure the proper use of the delivery toolkit and the quality of deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree from an engineering school or a Master 2 degree in finance
Proven experience in ERP integration and the management of complex projects
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with significant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
Strong understanding of business processes: Finance, Procurement, Sales and Supply Chain
Knowledge of manufacturing processes: procurement, MRP, scheduling and logistics flows
Proficiency in ERP deployment methodologies, change management and budget management
Knowledge of APIs, solution integration, AI technologies and Copilot
Proven experience managing teams of consultants
Fluent written and spoken English is essential
Leadership, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, customer focus, autonomy and initiative
Willingness to travel
