About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support CIO organizations and business teams throughout the AI use-case lifecycle: scoping, tool selection, design, deployment, cost control, and adoption
- Gather pain points and opportunities, map processes, prioritize use cases, and formalize a roadmap with the CIO organization
- Assess and compare proprietary and open-source models, agentic platforms, orchestration tools such as n8n, and business copilots
- Build a functional, technical, security, and cost-based selection framework, then lead POCs
- Prototype use cases and orchestrate their integration with the existing information system, data, APIs, and business applications
- Support production deployment
- Build business cases, track usage costs, and measure ROI
- Define the target operating model and RACI roles across CIO organizations, business teams, and vendors
- Support change management and user adoption
- Ensure use-case compliance in collaboration with security stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 or 3–5 years of experience, depending on profile
- Data Scientist or ML Engineer with 2–5 years of experience, strong business acumen, and an interest in consulting
- Experienced IT consultant with AI expertise, supported by an internal AI upskilling program
- Junior/entry-level candidate from an engineering school or specialized AI program, with an interest in consulting and the ability to learn quickly
- Strong understanding of business challenges
- Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to non-expert stakeholders
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac +5)
- Skills in AI use-case scoping, solution assessment, design, deployment, governance, and ROI measurement
