About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and assist with the management of individual employee files
- Draft legal templates for HR teams
- Monitor legal developments and prepare briefing notes
- Support the management of employee representative bodies
- Produce HR and workforce data
- Participate in collective bargaining meetings and manage the filing procedures for agreements
- Support the organization of employee representative elections
- Learn, use, and develop AI tools
- Drive efficiency and automate data production, particularly through the use of AI
- Lead the company’s disability inclusion policy internally and coordinate external partners
- Administer the internal training platform and analyze its usage
- Within the Qualiopi framework, ensure the smooth delivery of training services offered to clients
- Work under the responsibility of the Head of Employee Relations
- Collaborate with the Talent Experience Project Manager and the HR team
- Participate in a recruitment process with an HRBP, the Head of Employee Relations, and the HR Director
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in employment law or labor law
- 2–3 years of initial professional experience within an HR department
- Rigorous, versatile, organized, curious, and proactive
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Interest in dynamic environments
- Interest in disability inclusion and a strong willingness to become fully involved in this area
- Established use of AI and willingness to expand its use cases appropriately and cautiously
- Knowledge of, or ability to use, AI tools
- Ability to monitor legal developments, including statutory, case law, and collective bargaining developments
- Ability to prepare briefing notes and legal templates
- A master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) is specified in the position information
