About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead IT transformation programs: governance forums, reporting, risk and milestone management, and stakeholder coordination
- Define requirements and support product rollout across business departments and IT teams
- Facilitate workshops, formalize business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and track deployment through to user availability
- Manage a portfolio of initiatives: prioritize and arbitrate between projects, track progress and initiative value, and allocate capacity and budgets
- Structure IT governance deliverables: dashboards, performance indicators, and decision-making briefs
- Collaborate with technical and business teams depending on the assignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 8 years of experience in consulting, project/program management, or PM/PMO roles
- Proven experience managing IT projects or programs using Agile and/or traditional methodologies
- Strong knowledge of governance processes, including governance forums, project portfolio management, and risk management
- Master’s degree (engineering or business school, or university equivalent)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with IT department and business stakeholders
