About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the successful delivery of assigned consulting engagements
- Be responsible for engagement organization and the work of supervised consultants
- Ensure the quality of recommendations and maintain strong client relationships throughout the engagement
- Contribute to building and developing Niji’s consulting offering
- Lead proposals and oversee business development efforts, publication-oriented studies, and internal projects
- Participate in client presentations
- Manage the project team and ensure end-to-end engagement quality and client satisfaction
- Guide the project team’s analyses and challenge the work produced by consultants
- Contribute to high-value-added analyses
- Drive business development for an offering or industry sector
- Further develop management and leadership skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree from a business school, engineering school, or leading university
- More than 5 years of experience in digital transformation, a consulting firm, and/or a professional services company
- Business, functional, or industry expertise
- Strong adaptability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Strong command of core consulting skills: rigor, analytical ability, oral and written synthesis, speed of execution, and autonomy
- Leadership skills
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English
