About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand client needs and participate in technical assessments, including feasibility studies and effort estimation
Develop software in accordance with best practices
Implement and develop unit tests and performance optimization tools
Apply best practices and use development, continuous integration, and deployment tools
Participate in technology-related events and collaborate with community members
Use generative AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring the quality, security, and maintainability of the code produced
Contribute to the technological delivery of digital services and information systems for large enterprise and mid-sized clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in Python development
Strong command of the Django framework
Proven experience developing a containerized data platform based on RESTful web APIs
Proficiency in containerization with Docker
Knowledge of DevOps methodologies
Proven experience working in an Agile environment
Experience working on international projects in English is a plus
Professional experience with generative AI-augmented development
Proficiency with coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or equivalent tools
Skills in AI-assisted code generation and review, as well as prompt engineering
Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated suggestions
Master’s-level education (Bac+5 or equivalent)
