About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership of a workstream or project, structure it, and manage its delivery in direct collaboration with the client
  • Identify and prioritize the highest-impact AI use cases
  • Build the associated business cases and support scaling efforts, including governance, adoption, and change management
  • Conduct high-value analyses and present clear recommendations to stakeholders up to executive level
  • Manage and develop consultants working on project workstreams
  • Integrate AI into working methods, including analysis, deliverable production, and synthesis
  • Contribute to the development of the team’s methodologies
  • Participate in business proposals, publications, and studies
  • Contribute to internal projects, including offerings, events, and training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree from a leading engineering or business school, or a top-tier university
  • At least 3 years of experience in a consulting firm, or at least 5 years of in-house experience in transformation, business, or IT roles
  • Experience with transformation challenges involving technology enablers, including digital, data, and AI
  • Experience in opportunity assessments, business cases, transformation plan design, project management, change management, and operational model and process performance
  • Initial hands-on experience with AI projects, such as use-case scoping, roadmap development, value measurement, or adoption
  • Daily use of AI in your own professional practices
  • Ability to communicate complex messages, manage client relationships, and support the development of junior consultants
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal synthesis skills
  • Autonomy, adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
