About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and/or support the implementation of IAM / IGA solutions, including architecture, identity lifecycle management, access rights, provisioning, and workflows
- Deploy and integrate IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance, One Identity, or equivalent solutions
- Lead access governance initiatives, including role models, assignment rules, segregation of duties, and access review campaigns
- Work on technical IAM and PAM topics, including directories, SSO/MFA, privileged accounts, and solutions such as CyberArk
- Support IAM evolution and transformation projects, including migrations, upgrades, application onboarding, automation, and process improvement
- Support clients with their projects through scoping, workshops, specifications and deliverables, stakeholder management, and presentations to business and technical teams
- Work on projects ranging from strategy through implementation for large enterprise and mid-sized clients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Consulting, Design, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, and Technology
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in IAM, ideally in a consulting or systems integration environment
- Proficiency in at least one IAM / IGA solution: SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance, One Identity, or Omada
- Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, RBAC/ABAC, access reviews, segregation of duties, and access rights management
- Experience with PAM / CyberArk environments, Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO/MFA, or identity protocols is preferred
- Independent and comfortable working with clients
- Ability to lead workshops, translate business or regulatory requirements into practical solutions, and produce high-quality deliverables
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac +5)
