About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Master the architecture of a client project
  • Take ownership of a broad automation scope
  • Implement test automation frameworks
  • Contribute to the test automation strategy and Niji’s testing community
  • Participate in preparing test data and scripting test scenarios
  • Execute automated tests, analyze results, and recommend improvements to the target architecture
  • Schedule automated tests and integrate them into a CI/CD pipeline
  • Maintain automated tests
  • Use generative AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring the quality, security, and control of the code produced

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in computer science, from a university or engineering school
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing / QA
  • Proficiency in Postman, Jira/Xray, and SAP Hybris
  • Hands-on experience in test automation with Playwright and/or Appium
  • Proven professional experience with generative AI-augmented development
  • Proficiency in coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or equivalent tools
  • Proficiency in AI-assisted code generation and code review
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering
  • Ability to critically assess and validate suggestions generated by AI tools
  • Self-motivated, rigorous, and a strong team player
