About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Master the architecture of a client project
- Take ownership of a broad test automation scope
- Implement automated test scripts and frameworks
- Contribute to Niji’s test automation strategy and tester community
- Participate in preparing test data and scripting test scenarios
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and recommend improvements to the target architecture
- Schedule automated tests and integrate them into a CI/CD pipeline
- Maintain automated tests
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring the quality, security, and control of the code produced
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, from a university or engineering school
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing / QA
- Proficiency with Postman, Jira/Xray, and SAP Hybris
- Experience with test automation using Playwright and/or Appium
- Autonomy, rigor, and a strong team spirit
- Proven professional experience with generative AI-augmented development
- Proficiency with coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or equivalent tools
- Comfortable with AI-assisted code generation and code review
- Strong command of prompt engineering
- Ability to critically assess and validate suggestions produced by AI tools
