About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and unite teams around performance, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives
  • Oversee staffing and capacity, optimizing team member allocation and anticipating additional resource requirements
  • Support team development, from recruitment and onboarding through skills development and knowledge sharing
  • Foster collaboration and cross-functional coordination between TMA, Build, specialist, and sales teams
  • Lead the TMA Service Center and assigned projects, ensuring commitments, timelines, quality standards, and customer satisfaction are met
  • Ensure operational and financial performance by monitoring SLAs, backlog, capacity, billable utilization, profitability, risks, and associated action plans
  • Manage customer relationships and governance through steering committees, service reviews, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
  • Contribute to business development by leading pre-sales activities, designing delivery models, preparing estimates, and identifying opportunities with clients
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery, processes, and tools, particularly through the use of AI

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 8 years of experience managing digital solution integration projects, RUN/TMA activities, or application services, particularly within a systems integrator or IT services company
  • Experience managing teams, client portfolios, or service engagements
  • Strong understanding of planning, staffing, SLA, KPI, and financial performance management
  • Functional or technical knowledge of a CRM, ideally Salesforce
  • Experience in pre-sales and account development
  • Comfortable working in English
  • Customer-service mindset, team-oriented approach, and strong results orientation
  • Leadership skills to bring teams together and engage with operational, technical, and executive stakeholders
  • Curiosity and interest in evolving delivery practices, particularly through artificial intelligence
  • Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
