About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and research US potential accounts within the ideal customer profile to achieve pipeline goals
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and map them to Nilus solutions
  • Communicate Nilus's value proposition and product benefits in line with company messaging
  • Engage prospects by phone, LinkedIn, email, video, and other sales and marketing tools to generate new interest and business potential
  • Work with GTM operations tools such as Clay, Lemlist and Nooks
  • Update lead activity in CRM and relevant platforms
  • Experiment with new strategies, analyze what is working, and share feedback
  • Collaborate with AE and GTM teams to refine strategies, optimize sales processes and manage reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-2 years experience as an SDR/BDR at B2B SaaS companies, with preference to fintechs
  • Fluency in English at a first-language level - a must!
  • Based in Tel Aviv, but has the ability to work US hours
  • Self-starter, quick learner, goal-oriented
  • Tech-savvy - able to learn new platforms to track your work
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in finance, treasury, or accounting - advantage
