Design and build new products and features across backend and frontend

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12+ years as a software engineer, at staff level or equivalent scope
Genuine full-stack depth, with experience building and owning both backend and frontend
Strong command of TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, tRPC, Vercel, and AWS
Experience building products from the ground up
Comfort moving quickly
Fluency with AI-assisted development, including Claude Code, Codex, or similar
Product sense and experience partnering closely with PMs (nice to have)
Experience building agentic or LLM-powered product features (nice to have)
Fintech, payments, banking, or treasury background (nice to have)
Experience working with a distributed engineering team across time zones (nice to have)
