About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and ship product features end-to-end, from early concept through polished, production-ready UI.
Partner with product managers and engineers to turn ambiguous problems into clear, usable solutions.
Contribute reusable design-system components, patterns, and documentation.
Talk to customers and use findings to shape design decisions.
Give and receive direct, specific feedback.
Navigate shifting priorities while maintaining quality and focus on the user.
Help improve the team’s design process and ways of working.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showing range in craft and problem-solving.
Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows.
Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications.
Comfort working in an environment where process is still being built.
Track record of collaborating well with engineering and product.
Experience designing complex, workflow-driven products such as SaaS, internal tools, marketplaces, or platforms.
Ability to work through ambiguity and move forward with good questions.
Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards is a nice-to-have.
Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered customer-facing features is a nice-to-have.
