About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the development and execution of annual, quarterly, and launch-related advertising campaigns across multiple channels
- Support senior advertising leadership in facilitating the creative process from concept development and creative review through execution and final approvals
- Work cross-functionally with internal NOA marketing teams to ensure integrated campaigns and consistent messaging
- Oversee agency partners in developing and producing advertising and digital creative
- Manage production of creative, including budgets, timelines, and onsite supervision of commercial shoots
- Manage end-to-end creative review and approval processes using internal workflow tools
- Collaborate with global Nintendo partners regarding regional and worldwide mobile product campaign overlap
- Support complex, high-priority launch campaigns, including creative/media briefs, campaign management, and creative deployment
- Ensure campaigns launch and are delivered as planned while meeting NOA standards, including legal and ESRB compliance
- Track budgets
- Prepare presentations summarizing campaign strategy, creative, key performance metrics, and actionable findings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10 years of related advertising and/or marketing experience
- Extensive experience managing production of full-funnel campaigns including video, digital, and OOH
- Expert organizational ability and leadership skills to coordinate large-scale marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage advertising agencies and production companies
- Extensive experience managing advertising creative production
- Experience managing and leading teams while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Strong presentation skills
- PC skills, including Windows, Word, and Excel preferred
- Agency experience or agency management experience required
- Experience in, or professional knowledge of, the video game and entertainment industries preferred
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent experience
