About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all activities related to the procurement process, from identifying needs through the delivery of products or services.
- Support the development and implementation of efficient procurement strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, delivery time, and reliability.
- Conduct purchasing processes and negotiations to secure favorable contractual terms.
- Regularly assess supplier performance and conduct performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with Finance, Production, and Logistics to ensure effective communication and strategic alignment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in procurement of fertilizer supplies is a significant advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills and strategic decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of supplier management and supply chain practices.
- Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced or fluent English preferred.
