About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage Advisor Direct customers throughout the customer journey to improve health metrics, drive renewals, expand partnerships, and generate referrals
  • Facilitate value-based sales calls with existing customers
  • Follow operational processes for contract amendments, upsells, upgrades, renewals, and cancellations
  • Identify, prioritize, and complete account-growth opportunities
  • Participate in the ideation and execution of the Advisor Direct Engagement Strategy
  • Use marketing campaigns to increase engagement, product adoption, and growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate account, contact, and user data in Salesforce
  • Participate in team, cross-functional, product-training, and company-wide meetings
  • Establish one-to-many engagement activities across the book of business
  • Engage advisors and help them become proficient with Nitrogen products
  • Recommend training opportunities and partner with the Coaching team
  • Discover and close additional ARR opportunities
  • Create and execute webinars, office hours, and other engagement activities
  • Manage billing and contract-related customer cases through resolution
  • Participate in call reviews for continuous improvement
  • Complete accurate and timely performance reporting
  • Share customer product enhancement requests and feedback
  • Assign and communicate priorities for customer escalations and follow SOPs for solutions
  • Achieve customer retention goals
  • Process renewal rate increases and provide required customer notice
  • Save or win back customers requesting cancellation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years at a technology company with a SaaS subscription model
  • 2 years in a customer-facing role in technology
  • 1 year using Salesforce daily as part of a core role
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to build rapport and act as a trusted partner with customers
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to accept feedback and continuously improve
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to identify patterns and escalate appropriately
  • Ability to prioritize and own responsibilities from start to finish
  • Ability to collaborate as a team player
  • Creativity and thoughtful problem-solving
  • Familiarity with advisors, broker-dealers, corporate RIAs, custodians, clearing firms, asset managers, and compliance departments
  • Experience with Salesforce reports and Google Sheets, Numbers, or Excel
  • Ability to analyze data to make decisions
