About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive product adoption, utilization, and long-term program growth within assigned accounts
  • Lead in-person clinical case coverage across multiple hospital accounts as the on-site clinical and product expert
  • Guide healthcare professionals in optimal device use during procedures
  • Build physician trust and confidence to drive repeat utilization and program growth
  • Identify opportunities to increase procedural frequency, onboard new users, and expand departmental adoption
  • Translate clinical interactions into actionable commercial insights for the territory team
  • Reinforce best practices that improve procedural efficiency and account retention
  • Ensure KPI collection and accurate clinical documentation
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on account strategy and territory growth initiatives
  • Assist with product evaluations, trials, and follow-up engagement
  • Contribute to field training and onboarding
  • Develop relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders
  • Drive new capital lead generation within the assigned territory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years in a clinical, healthcare, procedural, or medically adjacent environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility with healthcare professionals
  • High attention to detail and ability to operate independently in live procedural settings
  • Commercial curiosity and eagerness to develop sales acumen
  • Passion for supporting excellent patient care while driving program success
  • Specialized clinical knowledge acquired through formal education and comprehensive Noah training
