What you’ll need

Degree in business or related field
1–4 years of experience in business administration, management consulting, or strategic planning
Good understanding of business operations and procedures
Knowledge of commodity markets and financial markets
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
High degree of reliability
Independent, self-starter, and results-oriented working style
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
