About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn about, document, and analyze energy data management processes for optimization opportunities through job shadowing, interviews, and hands-on operational work
- Help develop new or adapted energy data management processes and assess them in terms of feasibility, effort, cost, and benefits
- Formulate requirements together with the energy data management team and support their implementation with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and other stakeholders
- Analyze integrations with software partners such as Mako365 and Aktif, as well as external data providers, and support the further development of these interfaces
- Define and track key performance indicators for process efficiency, data completeness, and the reliability of market partners and data providers
- Support the energy data management team during bottlenecks in day-to-day operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed a degree or vocational training in energy management, business, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Experience in process analysis or process and requirements management
- Basic understanding of the energy industry
- Ideally, experience in energy data management or market communication
- Initial knowledge of market communication software, such as Mako365 or Aktif, or willingness to learn these tools
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Structured and independent working style
- Proactive, persuasive, and audience-oriented communication skills
- Fluent German
