About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze existing security measures
Conduct risk analyses and assessments and derive appropriate protective measures
Further develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001
Continuously develop security policies, standards, and processes
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards
Support the implementation of standards such as SOC 2
Create and maintain security, process, and system documentation
Standardize security processes
Further develop authorization and access concepts
Support Access Management and IRM roles
Advise internal departments and external partners on information and IT security
Support the security of Windows-based IT infrastructures and cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365 and AWS
Conduct awareness initiatives and training to increase employee awareness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in Cyber Security, IT Security, Information Security, or as a Systems Engineer
In-depth knowledge of Perimeter Security, Mail Security, and Web Security
Excellent knowledge of ISO 27001, IT-Grundschutz, ISO 17799, or comparable frameworks
Excellent networking skills and an understanding of complex IT infrastructures
Experience in Access Management, authorization concepts, or Identity and Role Management (IRM) is advantageous
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach, combined with strong conceptual skills
Very good command of German and good command of English, both written and spoken
