About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow NoGigiddy's social media accounts across all major platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish content daily, including captions, graphics, and short-form video
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in brand voice
- Monitor trends and platform algorithm changes and adapt strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with the content and design team on campaigns and launches
- Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and clicks, and report weekly
- Identify and engage with influencer and creator partnership opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- No degree required
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
- Strong copywriting instincts — you write captions people actually read
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, or similar)
- Comfortable creating basic graphics in Canva or similar
- Data-aware — you look at what's working and double down
- Reliable and consistent — social media doesn't take days off
