About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive UK&I and multi-market innovation delivery within Nomad Foods according to the Nomad Innovation Process
Manage new product development projects for UK&I and multi-market programs as part of the UK&I PMO
Work with Project Leads to scope project briefs, challenge plans, escalate issues, and coordinate cross-functional resolutions
Create project plans, manage dependencies, and drive cross-functional teams to deliver against milestones
Build and manage project teams, structure meetings, track delivery, and hold teams accountable
Communicate and escalate risks and issues, develop risk-management strategies, and identify alternative solutions
Map stakeholders, assess influence and interest, and execute communication plans
Manage project portfolio governance and ensure adherence to governance processes
Develop expertise in Planview and ensure NPD projects are managed through the PPM tool
Support and coach Project Leaders and the PMO Manager with tools and governance/gatings
Maintain governance records, project decisions, portfolio information, and definitive project documentation
Track programme progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; manage ongoing cross-functional programme status reporting
