About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement Nomadis software solutions for new clients
  • Provide consulting services and deliver projects for existing clients
  • Contribute to new client acquisition alongside the sales team
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Define business processes, functional and technical requirements, and expected outcomes
  • Translate business needs into detailed specifications for software solution delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate communication among stakeholders
  • Support clients through organizational changes related to implementation
  • Manage expectations and represent clients after project completion
  • Configure products, modules, and solution features
  • Oversee quality assurance activities, integration testing, and acceptance testing
  • Identify and resolve issues by connecting the technical team with the client
  • Provide cost and time estimates for customizations
  • Update the project governance group on deliverable and milestone progress
  • Write and maintain technical, user, process, use-case, and test-scenario documentation
  • Promote Nomadis’s values, mission, and culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to independently manage an entire project while working directly with clients both on-site and remotely
  • Adaptable across multiple business contexts and flexible to work outside regular business hours when required
  • Analytical mindset with strong complex problem-solving skills
  • Ability to guide clients through complex organizational change
  • Ability to challenge client requests and diplomatically yet firmly realign expectations
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a deliverables-driven environment
  • Quick learner with strong self-learning capabilities
  • Professional English required; English/French bilingualism preferred; Spanish considered an asset
  • Agile/SCRUM methodology
  • Cloud-based tools for project management, customer service, and development tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SQL/Microsoft SQL Server
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or information technology
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience serving business clients (B2B)
  • Experience with clients facing complex organizational challenges preferred
  • Experience with an international clientele considered an asset
