About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop automations to consume APIs and access external portals to retrieve payment slips, documents, and receipts
Implement solutions for reading and extracting data from PDFs and barcodes
Automate entries and queries in the Oracle EBS R12 ERP system, particularly within accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Automate information entry in banking systems
Develop control spreadsheets and reports, including exception handling and safe reprocessing
Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from process discovery and documentation through architecture, development, integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and hypercare support
Implement logging, error-handling, and technical documentation mechanisms to ensure automation robustness and traceability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience with UiPath (REFramework, queues, Orchestrator)
Experience integrating with REST APIs, email, and logging systems
ERP automation experience, preferably with Oracle EBS R12 (AR/AP)
PDF manipulation and data extraction, including barcode extraction
Excel data handling (mapping tables and control spreadsheets)
Experience conducting discovery and assessments, preparing PDDs/SDDs, performing testing, and supporting user acceptance testing
Preferred: Experience with financial processes (payments, taxes, and intercompany transactions)
Preferred: Experience automating web portals and banking systems
