Key responsibilities & impact

Introduce Nomus University to new customers.
Resolve customer tickets related to Nomus University.
Monitor customer success metrics.
Track the progress of implementation projects for customers.
Proactively contact customers and hold follow-up meetings to listen to their questions, feedback, and suggestions and assist them.
Propose actions for customers who are experiencing difficulties progressing with their projects.
Assess the reasons behind successful projects and share best practices with the team.
Contact and meet with customers who request cancellation, assess why the company fell short, and attempt to prevent the cancellation.
Follow up on disengaged customers.
Maintain communication with other Nomus departments to ensure the customer receives the necessary support.

What you’ll need

Completed degree in a field related to the humanities, social sciences, engineering, or technology.
Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Previous experience in customer success, implementation, or support roles at software companies, preferably companies offering ERP management software.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to speak with people by phone and in meetings.
Calmness and emotional intelligence to listen to and address customer dissatisfaction.
Initiative, eagerness to learn, and commitment.
Applicants from anywhere in Brazil are welcome.
Applicants residing in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo will work under a hybrid arrangement, with attendance at the Nomus office once a month.
Applicants residing outside Rio de Janeiro will work remotely from home.
