About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop complex systems and solutions to advance the digitalization of the Omexom brand
- Advise, support, and train colleagues on IT-related topics
- Assist users with issues via the helpdesk by phone, email, and in person
- Collaborate with IT colleagues from across Europe within the VINCI Energies Group
- Plan, set up, and operate complex IT systems
- Manage servers, networks, cloud solutions, and IT security concepts
- Communicate with business customers
- Contribute to projects involving the implementation of new systems and technologies—from consulting and implementation through to support
- Support customers by phone, via remote access, or on site
- Work at the Uedem location and at external sites
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least an intermediate secondary school qualification; an advanced technical college entrance qualification or university entrance qualification is preferred
- Initial experience working with computers or IT solutions
- Good command of English
- Technical understanding
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people and as part of an organized team
- Class B driving license
- Application including a résumé and current school report
