About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather, clean, and analyze new and existing data sources
  • Support development of new analytical initiatives
  • Provide insights and suggestions to enhance analytical solutions for anomaly detection, application vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity threats
  • Design dashboards and alerts to visualize and communicate quantitative insights
  • Develop and maintain reliable, thoroughly documented code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product teams
  • Provide quantitative analysis to drive and inform strategic decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical field
  • Proficient in SQL with comprehensive understanding of data structures and system infrastructures
  • Expertise in extracting data from a variety of databases
  • Ability to investigate root causes of anomalies and outliers
  • Ability to research, debug, and troubleshoot effectively
  • Proficiency in Python or another programming language
  • Practical experience with libraries for data manipulation and visualization
  • Ability to communicate insights and analysis findings to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with hypothesis testing, regression analysis, data sampling techniques, and Bayesian inference
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and select suitable analytical tools and techniques
  • Demonstrated accountability, ownership, initiative, and follow-through
  • Willingness to learn and adapt while staying informed of data analysis developments
  • Based in Vilnius or Kaunas and able to work from there
  • Able to work from the office 3 times per week
