Key responsibilities & impact

Design assets for web, app, social media, blog, mobile marketing, video, and other channels
Turn briefs into strong concepts and pitch original ideas
Maintain and evolve the Saily brand
Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, product teams, and country managers
Ensure designs follow Saily brand guidelines and quality standards
Monitor design trends and introduce fresh ideas
Own projects from initial sketch through final delivery, including feedback management and deadlines
Mentor and inspire other designers, provide feedback, and foster creativity
Create animated assets for the app and website

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in graphic design, in-house or at a creative agency
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience using AI image-generation tools
Sharp eye for detail and appreciation for well-crafted visuals
Ability to explain design decisions and openness to feedback
Proactive attitude and initiative
Caring, collaborative approach to teamwork
Good organization and ability to juggle several projects
Strong communication, prioritization, and ownership skills
Comfort working in fast-paced, adaptable environments
Excellent written and verbal English
Portfolio showcasing recent branding and campaign visuals and design-tool skills
Motion design skills, especially animated assets for apps and websites, are advantageous
Photo editing and compositing skills are advantageous
Experience with 3D visualization is advantageous
Illustration skills supporting visual storytelling are advantageous
Passion for travel is advantageous
