About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, manage, and ensure timely delivery of cross-team projects
Lead multiple projects by defining requirements and deadlines
Develop and execute detailed project plans
Track and ensure completion of work tickets
Collaborate with stakeholders and leads to prioritize high-value projects
Balance business needs and constraints and establish priorities
Identify and communicate risks and mitigation plans
Set and maintain goals, milestones, and deadlines
Facilitate project-related team meetings
Communicate action steps and keep teams informed and accountable
Manage, organize, and distribute project documentation, including creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, deliverables lists, and post-project retrospectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years experience in project management of work in digital marketing
Rigorous approach to problem-solving
Strong organizational and communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to quickly shift and adapt to different tasks, from hands-on projects to project management
Ability to learn new tools and technical concepts quickly
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience managing stakeholders of various seniority
Strong sense of ownership
Impeccable attention to detail
Self-organization and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Based in Vilnius and able to work from the office 3 times per week
