About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the core account lifecycle experience across the User Control Panel and account management platform
Shape internal tools or Support Center flows connected to the core account experience
Turn raw insights or vague tickets into problem statements, explored directions, and shipped, measured solutions
Surface assumptions with product owners and engineers and challenge briefs using evidence
Apply and help evolve the design system
Partner with UX Research or conduct validation independently
Stay close to engineers during implementation and own Design QA
Collaborate daily with product owners and engineers, and with UX writers and researchers
Design products that help users manage their privacy, security, and data through NordVPN

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years designing web products end to end
Experience with account, subscription, or platform surfaces is a strong plus
Product design experience
Fluent in design systems and attentive to states, edge cases, and microcopy
Comfortable working with ambiguity
Understanding of retention, trust, and self-service metrics
Clear communication and direct feedback
Fluent in English
Portfolio required
Ability to work from the Vilnius or Kaunas office
Ability to work from the office 3 times per week
