About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the core account lifecycle experience for the User Control Panel and account management platform end to end
Shape internal tools or Support Center flows when they affect the core account experience
Turn raw insights or vague tickets into problem statements, explored directions, and shipped, measured solutions
Surface assumptions with product owners and engineers and challenge briefs using evidence
Apply and extend the design system by proposing needed components
Back design decisions with evidence through UX Research or self-run validation
Partner with engineers during development and own Design QA
Collaborate daily with product owners and engineers, and with UX writers and researchers

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years designing web products end to end
Experience with account, subscription, or platform surfaces is a strong plus
Design systems as the default starting point
Strong attention to states, edge cases, and microcopy
Comfortable working in ambiguity
Curiosity about retention, trust, and self-service metrics
Clear communication and direct feedback
Fluent in English
