About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a fully cross-functional, autonomous NordPass product team
- Own product discovery, validation, and roadmap planning
- Turn insights into shipped product value
- Define and track product health metrics such as activation, adoption, and retention
- Partner with user research, sales, marketing, legal, application security, and data analytics stakeholders
- Operate as a triad with the Engineering Manager and Product Designer
- Balance near-term ROI with long-term product bets
- Champion and enforce Secure Software Development Life Cycle practices
- Translate authentication and identity trends into product tactics
- Shape secure browsing and agentic AI-ready authentication
- Incubate developer-friendly CLIs and integrations
- Run experiments, synthesize findings, and iterate quickly while maintaining quality and compliance
- Communicate decisions, document trade-offs, and align teams around measurable outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS
- Comfort with analytics and growth metrics, including activation funnels and cohort analysis
- Technical fluency sufficient to discuss APIs, CLIs, and AI authentication protocols with engineers
- Generalist mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity and context-switching
- Exceptional communication skills across business, legal, and engineering
- Expertise or ability to develop expertise in authentication and identity for consumer and business segments
