Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a fully cross-functional, autonomous NordPass product team
Own product discovery, validation, and roadmap planning and turn insights into shipped value
Define and track product health metrics such as activation, adoption, and retention
Partner with user research, sales, marketing, legal, application security, and data analytics stakeholders
Operate as a triad with the Engineering Manager and Product Designer
Champion and enforce Secure Software Development Life Cycle practices
Develop expertise in authentication and identity for consumer and business segments
Shape secure browsing and agentic AI-ready authentication innovations, including developer-friendly CLIs and integrations
Run experiments, synthesize findings, and iterate while maintaining quality and compliance
Communicate decisions, document trade-offs, and align teams around measurable outcomes

What you’ll need

3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS
Comfort with analytics and growth metrics, including activation funnels and cohort analysis
Technical fluency discussing APIs, CLIs, or AI authentication protocols with engineers
Generalist mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity and context-switching
Exceptional communication skills across business, legal, and engineering
Must be based in Vilnius or Kaunas and able to work from the office 3 times per week
