About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take full ownership of feedback sources for product quality issues
  • Create the roadmap for detection and prevention improvements
  • Prioritize issues for resolution
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Identify blockers and manage dependencies and resources
  • Monitor and continuously iterate on detection performance
  • Report results and status to upper management and other stakeholders
  • Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product, and business stakeholders
  • Embrace transparency and communication

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience working as a product owner, IT project manager, or Product manager
  • Proven experience working with development teams
  • Proven experience identifying deliverable dependencies, roadblocks, or challenges
  • Strong technical understanding of how software is built, deployed, and maintained
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Leadership, risk management, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Based in Vilnius or Kaunas and able to work from there
  • Able to work from the office 3 times per week
