About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop a risk operations team covering marketing abuse, brand abuse, partner due diligence, physical security, and related areas
Coach the team, communicate across organizational levels, drive operational performance, and inspire outstanding results
Monitor KPIs and report risk trends and insights to management
Improve risk processes, controls, and automation
Partner with cross-functional teams to close control gaps and maintain consistent risk processes
Own day-to-day risk operations and act as the escalation point for urgent cases

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in risk management or a related field, including people or team leadership
Proven ability to build and improve processes, not just run them
Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions with incomplete information
Experience with data analysis and AI-powered automation tools is a strong advantage
Excellent written and spoken English
Ownership mindset
Based in Vilnius or Kaunas and able to work from there
Ability to work from the office 3 times per week
