Key responsibilities & impact

Provide system administration support for internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments, including customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and flows
Analyze business requirements and work with the Salesforce development team daily
Create, maintain, and support data loading and bulk updates using standard and custom tools
Create, configure, and manage standard and customized environments
Perform development and maintenance support in Salesforce
Support and enforce data quality maintenance within the system
Create and support Salesforce dashboards and reports
Build automations using flows
Handle user onboarding and offboarding

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of CRM system (Salesforce.com)
Team player with the ability to work on own initiative as required
Good communication skills and fluent English
Ability to communicate confidently at all levels of the organization
Skills of a business analyst
Willingness to learn from others
Based in Vilnius and able to work from there
Ability to work from the office 3 times per week
