About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design features for Saily’s mobile app
Uncover user experience issues and validate solutions through user interviews
Cooperate with the CEO, Product Owners, Engineers, Copywriters, and other colleagues
Provide user-centric insights across product lifecycle stages
Map user flows and frame problems
Design user interactions
Create clear and intuitive prototypes from broad and complex ideas
Iterate on design solutions based on user testing, business considerations, and technical considerations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with user interface design and interaction design
Experience working with mobile app design
Excellent knowledge of user-centred design best practices and proven ability to apply them
Understanding of native app design systems
Knowledge of haptics and microanimations
Ability to create lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes and present them clearly and with sound reasoning
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma
Strong problem-solving and data-backed decision-making skills
Strong ownership mindset and analytical thinking
Evidence of shipping product design solutions
Currently based in Poland and able to work from Poland
