About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the architecture runway for the Standardised Corporate Loans Hub
- Lead the design of complex, business-critical software solutions
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, robust, and compliant technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on architecture decisions, design principles, and best practices
- Drive adoption of microservices, monolith, and event-driven architectures
- Conduct architecture and design reviews
- Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation actions
- Evolve end-to-end loan origination and credit assessment processes with increased self-service and straight-through processing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in software development, including experience leading or guiding development teams
- Strong hands-on experience with software architecture and system design
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and service-based architectures
- Experience with workflow engines or Business Process Management (BPM) platforms and cloud platforms
- Experience with event streaming platforms such as Kafka and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Pega, Camunda, Temporal, Zeebe, or similar
- Experience designing highly scalable enterprise systems
