About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organize and plan Engineering documentation
  • Participate in Engineering development projects, ensuring proper and timely documentation
  • Coordinate continuous improvement tickets
  • Manage Teamcenter and CMS for documentation creation, organization and change management
  • Improve documentation creation and management procedures within Engineering
  • Serve as first-level support for Teamcenter users in Documentation Management and Engineering
  • Prepare and deliver user training, user guides and work instructions
  • Support adoption of Teamcenter documentation processes
  • Monitor documentation data integrity and completeness
  • Support review, release, revision and archiving processes within Teamcenter
  • Support documentation workflow governance and optimization
  • Act as interface between Documentation Management, Engineering, IT and the Teamcenter organization
  • Support future TPS-Teamcenter integration activities and documentation-related CMS processes
